I have...Thanks for the fun and light-hearted post! I have to say I enjoy reading your posts more and more. I have a very short attention span when it comes to reading anything over a paragraph or two, but if I can force myself to sit still long enough to read your posts, I rather enjoy them and feel like I actually know another Gay Family. Unfortunately, I know none. I don't know many Gays, period. Not that I don't want to, I just don't. At 45, it's not so easy to just meet people. I moved to a small town in rural England to be with my British Hubby after Prop 8 passed. Ugh!! The things you to do to stay together!!

My Husband and I always answer, "I'll need to speak with my hubby first just to make sure", as a sign of respect for each other. That's because of the many tongue lashings from myself after I've been included in something without my permission. Homey, don't go for that!

My Husband adopted a goatee after we met. I've had mine since '96. Other than that we don't look too similar because he's slightly shorter (3 or 4") and loves ripped jeans-and is Ripped. I'm taller and not ripped. Not into the ripped jeans. I had a long term boyfriend who was the same size and I loved sharing a wardrobe.

I have had friends who use thier partner as an excuse to say "no", instead of just saying "no" themselves. Thus giving thier partner a bad rap. Not fair to the partner. Speak for yourself. Part of the reason nobody speaks for me, except me.

My Husband and I are very different people but compliment each other perfectly. Every year our wedding anniversary is enjoyed not alone but happily with my children. They only get to spend June and July with Us, our anniversary being in June, so we're happy to share it with them. Our Honeymoon was a night in which they stayed in a different Hotel room with my brother and his wife. That was it. But I'm not complaining. Having children is such a priviledge, I wouldn't change it.

Hope you both have an excellent Valentine's Day!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00414576109243871111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-587902609826926070.post-55689320250523039312013-02-10T19:53:03.289-08:002013-02-10T19:53:03.289-08:00This makes for some brilliant reading it really do...This makes for some brilliant reading it really does! Luckily it missed out on one that my friends keep doing, which is clogging up my facebook timeline with absolute rubbish. Like so-n-so posted "i hate you" on another person wall, then 3 minutes later, they're back together, so you get the "i love you babe" posts, then 10 minutes later, they broke up.... one of these days it'll cause facebook to crash im sure of it.

But yeah, couples keep the economy going over valentines, i as a single person, would seem to keep meals for 1, chick flicks and vodka, in business over valentines.
